Due to the unique nature of our practice and the specialized types of cases we treat, it is not possible for us to accept all dental insurances in lieu of payment. We participate in Cigna PPO and both Delta Premier and Preferred plans. Our fees also fall within most Aetna and MetLife plans so we will accept those insurances as well.  Regardless of which of the above plans you may have, any co-pay and deductible will be payable at time of service. We utilize an electronic claim service for insurance companies that allow us to submit dental claims on your behalf. This service is complimentary and we encourage all of our patients to take advantage of this feature as it will provide them with reimbursement of their benefits at a faster rate. 

If you require an estimate of out-of-pocket expenses prior to your appointment, please let us know but bear in mind this is an estimate only. Why? Your insurance carrier will never guarantee the payment of benefits, nor is the information provided to us always accurate.

Dental benefits differ greatly from traditional medical health insurance benefiits and can vary greatly from plan to plan. Dental insurance is rarely a "pay all" benefit; it is simply an aid. Please understand that your dental benefit is based on a contract between your employer and the insurance company. Should questions arise regarding your dental insurance benefits, it is best for you to contact your employer or the insurance company directly.
